Your use of our applications is at your sole risk. The applications are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind.

We do not warrant that:

• Defects will be corrected in a timely manner
• The applications are free of viruses or other harmful components
• The educational content is comprehensive, accurate, or up-to-date
• The results obtained from using our apps will be effective for your educational goals

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Argentobyte, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from:

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts located in India.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our applications shall first be resolved through informal negotiations. If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes through our applications, via email, or by posting the updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of our applications after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. The invalid provision will be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by us, constitute the entire agreement between you and Argentobyte regarding our educational applications and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
